To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned to us within 10 days of order receipt, unaltered, unused & in full sellable condition (with their original packaging, product labels & tags intact/still attached) unfortunately else, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We will also NOT refund any items which are returned late/outside of the window of 10 days from delivery of your order due to any delay on your shipping method used.

Any refunds issued will be at the discretion of the Trendy Potato. ​To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in including the original packaging (please take care to preserve product packaging else it may prevent re-sale which means we cannot give you a full refund).

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To return an item, please email customer service at  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges (qualifies for all returns in UAE + Internationally). We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
